Vital Records
- Certificate Requests
  The Champaign County Clerk is the official record keeper of all birth, death, marriage, and civil unions that occur in Champaign County. The Vital Records department can provide copies of these records to eligible individuals upon request.
- Marriage & Civil Union Licenses
  Before getting married or formalizing a civil union in Champaign County, couples must obtain a marriage license or civil union license from the Champaign County Clerk’s Office.
